inge® confirms major sale of UF In-to-Out technology for 100,000 m³/d wastewater re-use project in China
At the end of April, inge GmbH – a German company specializing in ultrafiltration (UF) technology – received a contract to supply its UF solutions as part of a major wastewater re-use project commissioned by Zhejiang Petrochemical, a company located in Ningbo in China’s Zhejiang province. The system integrator for the project, Dasmart, will be using inge®’s tried-and-tested T-Rack® 3.0 racks equipped with state-of-the-art dizzer® XL UF modules as a reverse osmosis pretreatment stage. This project marks a clear victory for UF In-to-Out technology over an Out-to-In competitor. The purpose of the new plant is to treat effluent from industrial and municipal wastewater treatment processes in order to reduce discharge to the environment, minimize the use of fresh water, and improve the customer’s environmental footprint. inge® will supply 10 racks with a total of 900 dizzer® modules in the XL 0.9 MB 80 WT format. The new plant is expected to be commissioned in mid-2019.
滢格内压式超滤技术成功应用于中国浙江100,000m3/d大型石化废水回用项目。
四月末,德国滢格公司—一家专注于超滤技术的德国公司,与达斯玛环境技术有限公司合作为中国浙江某一大型石化废水回用项目提供超滤方案。达斯玛作为该项目的系统集成商,将采用装有高性能dizzer® XL膜件并久经考验的inge® T-Rack 3.0机架用于反渗透预处理阶段。此项目标志着内压式超滤技术在与外压式技术的竞争中大获全胜。这座新建的污水处理场将用于处理工业和市政污水处理过程中的废水,以达到减少环境排放量,最小化使用新鲜水,改善业主环境生态足迹的目标。新污水场预计将在2019年中旬进行试运行。
