BASIC PRINCIPLE
热解是指将有机物在无氧或缺氧状态下进行加热蒸馏,使有机污染产生裂解,经冷凝后形成各种新的气体、液体和固体,从中提出燃料油、油脂和燃料气的过程。
Pyrolysis refers to the process of heating and distilling organic matter in the absence of oxygen or such a limited supply, causing organic pollution to produce pyrolysis and forming various new gases, liquids and solids after condensation, from which fuel oil, grease and fuel gas are put forward.

- 废气:达到《石油化学工业污染物排放标准》(GB31571-2015)标准和国家排放标准《危险废物焚烧污染控制标准》(GB 18484-2001 )
- 废水:设备冷凝水循环使用,其他少量废水经处理后,进入油田水处理系统。
- 废渣:含油率符合相关标准,重金属含量达到国家排放标准。
- 处理后的污泥可垫井场、铺路、作为建筑材料使用:符 合 陕 西 省 地 方 标 准《 含 油 污 泥 处 置 利 用 控 制 限 值》(DB61T_1025-2016)中的要求和黑龙江《油田含油污泥综合利用污染控制》(DB 23/T 1413-2010)中的要求。
