朱志伟


504F9朱志伟,教授,男,1965年出生,浙江宁波人,加拿大工程院院士、加拿大基金委(NSERC)市政排水领域的工业研究讲席教授。毕业于上海交通大学船舶及海洋工程系的本科(1986)和硕士(1989),于1996年获加拿大不列颠哥伦比亚大学(UBC)的土木工程博士学位,并于1997年起在加拿大的阿尔伯特大学的土木及环境工程系任教,2004年晋升为正教授。

朱志伟教授是可持续城市排水系统和可持续水电研究领域的国际顶尖专家,在应对气候变化挑战和严格的环境法规要求的现代城市下水道设计和运行等方面作出了杰出的贡献,在环境水力学、市政水力学、空气/水/砂多相流、分层流动中的混合和扩散以及河流、河口、湖泊、水库的水环境的模拟和治理方面有很深的造诣,承担和主持完成了加拿大自然科学与工程研究基金委(NSERC)等多项项目的研究,总额累计超过5000万人民币,研究成果得到全世界的公认,并应用于实际工程设计。朱志伟教授曾作为浙江大学永谦讲座教授,主持过国家863、国家重大专项等相关课题的研究,积极推动了加拿大和中国在相关领域的合作研究。已培养研究生70余名,在国际顶尖刊物上发表SCI论文150余篇。

朱志伟教授的研究领域为环境水力学,他是美国土木工程协会(ASCE)“Journal of Hydraulic Engineering”的副主编,曾任“Journal of Environmental Engineering and Science”的特邀主编,其主要研究方向和学术贡献简介如下:
(1)在河流、河口、湖泊、水库的水环境的模拟和治理方面作了很多重要工作,并发表了数篇有影响的文章,曾获美国土木工程协会的年度最佳论文奖。对水体中分层流动的特性和机理作了深入的研究、对分层流中的混合和扩散过程作了详细的参述。关于污染物在河道水体的扩散,排污口的设计和优化,底部淤泥将对水质的影响和污染治理等方面,也作了很多研究工作。另外对于水/沙、水/气二相流同样作了很多机理性的研究。
(2)在市政水力学方向,对排污系统的水力学特性作了系统的研究,对其水力消能的机理,系统掺气的特性方面作出了特出的贡献。所参与的一个项目获得了一项工程设计创新奖。其研究工作对于市政设施的设计、规范的发展有指导意义。
(3)研究水力发电和大坝对水生态和鱼类的影响,包括取水口的布置,水库分层取水和优化,取水诱导的流场对鱼类的生态影响,鱼道的设计,大坝有关的水力消能的设计等。参与并领导了一个加拿大的团队研究水力发电对水生态、水环境的影响,得到了加拿大科学基金会(NSERC),联邦渔业部和多个省水电局的大力支持,是加拿大在该领域内至今资助额最大的科研项目。该研究对于中国水电项目减少对水环境、水生态的影响会有一定的借鉴作用。
