Mingce Long, Ph. D, associate professor, was born in 1978. Member of China Material Research Society, American Chemical Society, etc. He obtained his Bachelor and Master degree from Harbin Institute of Technology. Thereafter he worked as a teacher assistant in Huaqiao University. He entered Shanghai Jiao Tong University as Ph. D candidate in 2004 and received his Ph. D degree in 2007 Dec. He has ever worked as a visiting student in University of Erlangen-Nuernberg, Germany from 2006-2007. Now he is an associate professor in School of Environmental Science and Engineering, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. As a PI, he is in charge of some projects supported by NSFC, MOE of China, etc. He has publisher more than 60 peer reviewed papers, including more than 30 SCI-indexed papers in such journals including ACS Nano, Chem Commun, Nanotechnol, Appl Catal B, J Phys Chem B/C, etc., with a highest citation of 240 times. His H factor is 11. He has coauthored one book chapter in English and one edited book in Chinese. He has been awarded as the “Thermo Fisher Young Researcher Academic New Artist” and has been selected in the SMC- New Artist Scholar Award Plan (type B).
