个人简历
蒋益民，男，1957年1月生，汉族，中共党员，工学博士，教授级高工。现任湖南省环境保护局局长、党组书记（正厅级）。湖南农业大学兼职教授。
工作简历
1970.09-1972.07，华容一中读初中；
1972.09-1974.07，华容三中读高中；
1974.03-19768.11，华容县万库公社塌西湖农场知青；
1976.11-1978.08，岳阳地区轴承厂工作；
1978.09-1982.07，中山大学气象学专业学习、1982年7月被授予学士学位；
1982.08-1995.01，湖南省环保科研所大气室副主任、主任、副所长、所长；
1995.01-2003.03，湖南省环境保护局副局长、党组成员、党组副书记；
1998.09-2001.07，湖南大学环境科学与工程系、环境工程专业学习、2001年7月被授予环境工程硕士学位；
2001.09-2004.08，湖南大学环境科学与工程系、环境工程专业学习、2004年12月被授予工学博士学位；
2003.03 至今 湖南省环境保护局局长，党组书记。
