魏燕杰，交通运输部天津水运工程科学研究院研究员，河北工业大学兼职硕士生导师。长期从事节能减排与环境保护工作，先后承担国家自然科学基金面上项目、天津市重点研发计划、天津市自然科学基金项目等国家和省部级科研项目30余项。在航运水污染应急处置、水污染全过程控制与废物资源化等领域取得一批具有重要影响力的原创性成果。

魏燕杰，男，汉族，博士，研究员。主要从事水运交通环境保护和节能减排技术研究工作以及科研业务管理工作。近年来，作为项目负责人或技术骨干主持和参加完成了国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家重点研发计划课题、国家科技重大专项子题、交通运输部建设科技项目、天津市科技计划项目等国家级和省部级科研项目30余项。在交通行业水污染智能感知与模拟评估、交通行业特征废水处理与资源化利用、水上溢油和危化品泄漏应急处置及事故后水环境提升与健康维系、港船清洁能源和可再生能源应用等绿色交通技术研究等领域取得一批具有重要影响力的原创性成果。

Wei Yanjie, male, Han nationality, PhD, Research Fellow. He is listed in Tianjin’s Science and Technology Expert Pool, a member of the Tianjin Innovation Talent Promotion Program’s Key Innovation Team, and one of the institute’s Third-Term Youth Chief Scientists.
His research focuses on environmental protection in water transport and technologies for energy conservation and emission reduction, as well as on scientific research management. In recent years, he has presided over or participated as a key member in more than 20 national and provincial scientific research projects, including the National Science and Technology Major Project, the National Key R&D Program, and the Ministry of Transport’s Construction Science and Technology Projects, as well as more than 30 horizontal research projects. His research on port characteristic wastewater reclamation and water quality safety assurance technologies has been widely applied in representative coastal ports, earning him five provincial and ministerial awards. He has published four academic monographs, more than 20 papers (including 10 indexed by SCI/EI), and holds more than 20 national patents.
