马军,哈尔滨工业大学市政环境学院长江学者特聘教授。聘任岗位:市政工程。博士生导师。
 
 先后主持承担国家自然科学基金重点项目、863重点项目、973子项目以及一批省部级重点项目和多项国际合作项目等。 作为第一获奖人:获得国家科技进步二等奖2项,国家技术发明二等奖2项.

马军,男,汉族,1962年7月出生,1982年哈尔滨工业大学(原哈建工)本科毕业,1985年获硕士学位,1990年获博士学位,1991-1992年同济大学博士后,1993-1995年英国帝国理工学院"居里夫人"博士后。 
现任哈尔滨工业大学市政环境工程学院教授、博士生导师、教育部"长江学者奖励计划特聘教授",国务院学位委员会学科评议组成员,国家级有突出贡献的中青年专家,曾获国家杰出青年科学基金、国际"居里夫人"一等博士后奖学金;首批入选国家百千万人才工程;入选国家教育部跨世纪优秀人才计划;被评为做出突出贡献的优秀留学回国人员;获得国氏博士后奖励基金;获中国青年科技奖。国际IOA-EA3G理事,中国水工业协会理事,教育部"城市水质保障与水资源可持续利用"创新团队学术带头人。  
获得国家发明和国家科技进步奖2项,省部级科技进步奖5项, 申报发明专利29项,发表论文130余篇。

 马军,哈尔滨工业大学市政环境工程学院副院长、教授、博士生导师。城市水资源开发利用(北方)国家工程研究中心常务副主任。

        教育部“长江学者奖励计划特聘教授”,国务院学科评议组成员,国家级有突出贡献的中青年专家,曾获得国家技术发明二等奖2项、国家科技进步三等奖、长江学者成就奖(工程科学奖)、中国青年科学家奖、中国青年科技奖、国氏博士后奖励基金。

       获国家杰出青年科学基金、国际“居里夫人”一等博士后科学基金和国家一等博士后科学基金。首批入选国家百千万人才工程;入选国家教育部跨世纪优秀人才计划;被评为做出突出贡献的优秀留学回国人员。

主要研究方向:

主要从事水处理工艺理论与技术方面的研究与教学工作。重点研究给水预处理 技术、高效多功能混凝工艺理论与技术、高效气浮与强化过滤技术、给水深度处理理论与技术(氧化、吸附与生物等)、高级氧化技术(水处理催化氧化方法)、水的安全消毒方法、膜处理技术(膜的制备与处理工艺)、污水深度处理技术与回用方法等方面的工作。

哈工大马军论文进入国际权威期刊年度高被引论文行列
 
 
日前,国际权威期刊《臭氧:科学与工程》(Ozone: Science & Engineering)在其官方网站公布了该杂志2008年高被引文献统计结果,哈尔滨工业大学市政环境工程学院马军教授的论文《臭氧锰催化氧化降解莠去津的初步研究》(Preliminary Investigation of Manganese-Catalyzed Ozonation for the Destruction of Atrazine)被列为他引次数最高论文之一,位列第四。
 
《臭氧:科学与工程》是国际臭氧协会(International Ozone Association)的会刊,也是唯一专著于臭氧科学与技术方面的科技期刊,刊登臭氧科学理论及其在环境与水处理领域应用的最新研究进展,在世界范围内具有广泛的影响力。此次统计是基于ISI Web of Science (SCI)所收录的科技论文进行统计的结果。高被引论文数量是评价研究机构科研竞争力的重要指标,通常是某领域的创新思想首次提出,并且对该领域产生深远影响的研究成果,因此进入高被引论文行列代表该研究机构在该领域具备很强的的科研创新能力和广泛的科研影响力。
 
马军教授作为国际臭氧协会IOA-EA3G(欧洲、亚洲、非洲、澳洲区)理事,在臭氧催化氧化领域发表了多篇具有影响力的科技论文,根据SCI统计,其另一篇发表于《水研究》(Water Research)上的论文《臭氧锰催化氧化降解莠去津:腐殖酸物质的影响》(Degradation of atrazine by manganese-catalysed ozonation: Influence of humic substances)在各种国际期刊中臭氧催化(Catalytic Ozonation)领域被引次数统计也已进入前十名。近年来,马军教授在国家自然科学基金、国家杰出青年科学基金、国家863高技术发展计划、国家重点科技攻关课题等资助下,围绕臭氧催化氧化开展了较系统的研究工作,已形成了较系统的臭氧催化氧化理论和一系列臭氧多相催化和均相催化除污染技术。该技术2004年通过国家科学技术成果鉴定,认为成果属国际领先水平。目前,臭氧催化氧化除污染技术已应用于我国水源污染最重的嘉兴地区和南水北调工程等饮用水深度处理和一些污水深度处理工程中。
