2010年8月-2011年11月，德国Dresden Technical Univerisity, 洪堡学者，2001 年-2007 年3 月，获得同济大学环境工程博士学位；2007 年，作为访问学者，丹麦工程技术（DTU）大学进修；2001 年，获得大连理工大学学士学位。

目前，发表和接受论文60余 篇，SCI论文收录12 篇，EI收录11篇；2007 年编著并出版渗滤液方面著作1 部，参加全国会议5 次，国际会议2 次；同时获省部级科技进步奖5项，获专利授权4 项。
目前主持国家自然基金面上项目/青年基金、上海市自然基金、上海市教委“晨光计划”、上海市科委“节能减排”专项、国家重点实验室开放课题等多项项目，同时，参与了上海市科委、国家863项目和国家科技支撑项目等。
