主要研究领域:
1)典型生物(化学)过程分析,实时原位分析反应过程的中间产物;
2)废水生物处理技术,特别是废水营养物自养菌去除和持久性有毒污染物的环境微生物降解;
3)微/纳材料的环境应用,特别是其与生物处理过程的关系,以及应用其对典型环境污染物的环境修复及机理解析。

    主持国家自然科学基金青年基金项目1项;中国博士后科学基金项目1项;山东省优秀中青年科学家科研奖励基金项目1项,山东省博士后科学基金项目1项;共同主持山东大学自主创新交叉学科培育项目1项;山东大学自主创新基金1项;地市级科研项目1项。
