摘 要:燃煤电厂污泥协同焚烧消耗量大、减量彻底,在我国污泥资源化利用总体形势下引起广泛关注。通过深入分析国家政策、行业规划和泥质标准分析,确定“干化减量+协同焚烧”的技术路线,并从工艺流程、燃料热值、机组容量等方面落实电厂基础条件。比较多种干化方案及掺混方式,提出入炉泥质要求和掺混比例,并对污泥协同焚烧烟气排放标准进行建议。
Abstract:The collaborative disposal of sludge in coal-fired power plant has the characteristics of large consumption and thorough reduction. Under the overall situation of sludge resource utilization in China, it has attracted extensive attention. Through in-depth analysis of national policies, industry planning and mud quality standard analysis, the technical route of "drying reduction + collaborative incineration" is determined, and the basic conditions of the power plant are implemented in terms of process flow, fuel calorific value, unit capacity, etc.By comparing various drying schemes and mixing methods, the requirements of sludge quality and mixing proportion are put forward, and the emission standard of sludge co incineration flue gas is proposed.

0 引言
截至2018年6月,全国设市城市累计建成城市污水处理厂5222座,处理能力2.28亿m³/d,年产含水率80%湿泥5075万m³,预计2020年将突破6000万吨[1]。然而我国污水处理长期存在“重水轻泥”的问题,污泥随意排放,相当于经污水厂处理后分离出的污染物同处理干净的污水一同进入环境,减排效果大打折扣。我国污泥重金属含量高、有机质含量低,污泥农用未达成共识,土地利用范围有限,填埋逐步被禁止,而污泥焚烧消耗量大、减量彻底,逐渐成为首选方案[2]。
