徐新华,男,1969年12月出生,浙江大学环境与资源学院教授,博士生导师。1992毕业于北京大学应用化学专业获学士学位,1995毕业于北京大学环境化学专业获硕士学位。1995年开始任教于浙江大学环境工程研究所,2001年获化学工程博士学位;1999-2000在比利时安特卫普大学,2001-2002在美国加州大学劳伦斯伯克利国家实验室作访问学者;2000年晋升副教授,2005年晋升教授,2006年被评为博士生导师;2005年起担任浙江大学环境工程研究所副所长,2009年起任浙江大学环境与资源学院院长助理兼环境工程常务副主任;1998年荣获浙江大学优秀青年教师,2004年荣获浙江大学优秀教师,2009年获浙江大学师德先进个人;2005年入选浙江省“新世纪151人才工程”,2006年入选教育部新世纪优秀人才。
主要研究方向:环境污染控制与治理、环境催化技术,包括:含氯有机物催化还原脱氯研究、电镀废水微量重金属离子的深度处理、ZVI-微生物耦合还原去除Cr(VI)研究、农业面源污染河流综合整治、脱硫液中汞离子还原释放及二次污染控制研究等。承担国家自然科学基金、国家863计划、国家重大水专项、教育部博士点基金、浙江省自然科学基金杰青团队等课题10余项。
