人物经历


 
毕永红,2004年在中国科学院水生生物研究所获水生生物学博士学位。2009年至2010年在德国环境健康研究中心以访问学者的身份开展Yangtze Project (BMBF, 02WT1130)的合作研究。主要研究方向为水域生态学、藻类生理生态学、水体污染修复。先后承担科研任务30余项,发表研究论文100余篇,其中SCI论文50余篇,获得国家授权发明专利10项,参编(译)专著3部。 [1]

研究方向

1. 藻类群落及其对不同干扰的响应和适应机制:探讨藻类群落对物理干扰(流速流量改变、水位波动等)、化学干扰(营养加富、酸雨等)、生物干扰(鱼类放流、捕食压力等)等的响应与生态适应机制。
2. 藻类生物多样性:将传统分类鉴定手段与宏基因组等分子生物学技术相结合,从形态多样性、遗传多样性、功能多样性等方面了解不同水体藻类多样性的时空格局,认识环境过滤作用下藻类群落的适应机制及其参与生物地化循环能力的差异,据此了解水域生态系统生态服务功能的差异。
3. 应用藻类学:在藻类生物量和初级生产力调控方面,开展水华防控和生态环境治理技术的研发,探索低成本高效率的适用技术,推动相关核心技术的产业化 [1]
