中国科学院地球化学研究所副所长，环境地球化学国家重点实验室研究员，博士生导师
1991.09-1995.07，中国地质大学（武汉）本科学习， 1995年获理学学士学位。
1995.08-2000.10，中国科学院地球化学研究所硕士-博士连读，2000年获理学博士学位。其间，1999.09-1999.12在奥地利科学院湖泊研究所访问研究。
2000.10-2004.11，中国科学院地球化学研究所环境地球化学国家重点实验室副研究员。其间，2001.06-2003.05，中国科学院地球化学研究所教育处处长；2003.03-2003.05香港大学访问研究；2003.06起任中国科学院地球化学研究所科技处处长。
2004.11-2010.06，中国科学院地球化学研究所环境地球化学国家重点实验室研究员、科技处处长。其间，2006年被聘为博士研究生导师；2007.11-2007.12俄罗斯科学院地质与矿物研究所访问研究。
