王爱杰,女,1972年12月出生,教授,博士生导师
2000年毕业于哈尔滨工业大学环境工程专业,获工学博士学位。1997年攻读博士学位期间被选拔留校工作。2002年至2007年先后赴澳大利亚国立大学、澳大利亚昆士兰大学、美国密西根州立大学、美国奥克拉荷马大学从事访问研究。2005年破格晋升教授、博导。2005年入选教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划,曾获第十届霍英东基金高等院校青年教师研究奖、第七届黑龙江省青年科技奖和第三届黑龙江省留学人员报国奖等荣誉。目前,担任国际废弃物循环利用协会理事,中国生态学会微生物生态学专业委员会理事,国家环境保护制药废水污染控制工程技术中心学术委员会委员、环境机电产品国际招标项目评审专家等学术兼职以及Environ. Sci. & Tech.等多个国际著名SCI期刊审稿人。

  1. 环境生态学:是环境科学与工程专业本科生的三大技术基础课程之一,双语授课,2004年列入哈尔滨工业大学优秀课程建设项目,使用原版英文教材《Ecology:Concepts and Applications》。课程的核心内容包括两部分,生态学基本原理和方法(生态因子、种群生态学、群落生态学、生态系统等)和环境生态学基本任务及应用(生态监测、环境污染的生态对策、生态修复等)。目前,生态学超越了一门课程的范畴,发展为一种思想,甚至从微观到宏观渗透到不同学科领域中,并派生出很多新兴领域,如经济生态学、工业生态学、生态工程学等。因此,对于环境专业本科生而言,学习环境生态学课程,不仅仅是掌握教材涉及的核心内容,更重要的是能够建立起生态学的意识和概念,运用生态学原理方法认识人为干扰下环境生态系统的内在变化规律、判断生态系统的受损程度、提倡环境系统功能恢复、重建和保护的对策等。

  2. 分子生物学与生物信息学:是环境科学与工程学科博士研究生的选修课,其核心是遗传学基础和基因组信息学,是一门系统阐述环境生物基因组信息获取、处理、存储、分配等内容的课程,目的是使学生了解基因组信息结构的复杂性及遗传语言的根本规律,解释环境生物的遗传语言,为研究环境基因组学、功能基因组学、蛋白质组学、系统生物学等奠定理论基础。课程还结合环境生物学研究实例,介绍生物信息学在生命科学前沿研究中的重要地位。授课教师:王爱杰、岳秀丽

  3. 系统生物学:是环境科学与工程学科和微生物学研究生的专业必修课。课程重点介绍如何在系统水平上认识和解析生物学系统,利用何种原理和方法学来阐释分子行为与系统特性及功能的关系,通过何种计算生物学方法来定量阐明和预测生物的功能、表型及行为,从而揭示系统内部各组成成分的相互作用与运行规律,并反映出生物系统的真实性。课程讲授的核心内容是基因组学、转录组学学、代谢物组学、蛋白质组学、相互作用组学、表型组学、生物信息学等。授课教师:邢德峰、王爱杰

  4. 现代环境生物技术:是环境科学与工程学科博士研究生的专业必修课,采取专题讲座形式以双语授课。课程结合环境污染防治中的热点问题,重点介绍生物技术原理与方法,环境污染的监测与诊断,环境污染的过程与效应,污染防治的技术及调控等,目的是使学生全面了解生物技术在环境污染防治中的重要性,学会针对污染及污染物的特点进行方法选择、生物工艺设计、生物过程分析等,为从事环境污染防治的相关研究奠定专业基础。
