Conference background：
In order to implement the new requirements of the state for ecological civilization construction and environmental protection in economic development, the "Action Plan for Prevention and Control of Water Pollution" ("Water 10 Prevention and Control Plan") has been brewing for many years. The plan emphasizes the integrated management of water quality, water quantity and aquatic ecology. It is estimated that by 2018 China's water treatment investment will reach 2 trillion yuan. With the water industry enterprises usher in the golden age of development, China's urban sludge treatment and disposal of advanced technologies and applications Seminar (Ninth) will also enter a new phase of development in 2018.
In recent years, with the rapid increase of sewage treatment capacity in our country, the amount of sludge has also increased substantially simultaneously. The Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development clearly requires: All localities and municipalities should supervise and urge the implementation of the main responsibilities of urban people's government planning and construction in accordance with the "green, environmental protection, recycling and low-carbon" sludge disposal technologies, rationally choose the technology and accelerate the construction of facilities.
