Stefan Rummel—Managing Director, Messe München
Stefan Rummel, born in Heidelberg on June 24, 1977, is an entrepreneurial thinking and acting senior executive with more than 15 years of international experience in the media, entertainment and trade fair industry.
Rummel joined the Management Board of Messe München in January 2015 and oversees the company's capital goods fairs worldwide, i.e. bauma, IFAT, EXPO REAL, transport logistic and ceramitec. He is in charge of the company's foreign activities, the Mergers & Acquisitions Department and the company's Central Division IT.
Stefan Rummel joined Messe München in 2010 where he oversaw the Central Division Corporate Strategy. As Chief Strategy Officer, he has played a major role in shaping Messe München during the last few years. Until the end of 2014, he also served as Managing Director of the subsidiary MEPLAN GmbH.
Before joining Messe München, Rummel worked at the Bertelsmann Music Group, Horváth and Partners and the Strascheg Center for Entrepreneurship (sce) in Munich.
Rummel studied in Munich, Wiesbaden and New York. He holds a Master’s degree in business management with a concentration in entrepreneurship and innovation.

路蒙尔先生于2015年1月加入慕尼黑博览集团董事会，并负责企业资本货物业务全球版块的展会，例如：国际工程机械、建材机械、工程车辆及设备博览会（bauma），德国慕尼黑国际环保能源和资源综合利用博览会（IFAT），国际商业地产及投资专业博览会（EXPO REAL），慕尼黑国际物流、交通运输、运程信息处理博览会（transport logistic）和德国慕尼黑国际陶瓷工业博览会（ceramitec）。同时，他还负责管理企业海外业务、并购部门与核心IT部门。
2010年，路蒙尔先生加入慕尼黑博览集团，负责核心企业战略部门。作为首席战略官，他在过去几年打造集团品牌的过程中扮演了极为重要的角色。至2014年底，他还兼任了集团子公司MEPLAN GmbH的董事总经理一职。
在加入慕尼黑博览集团之前，路蒙尔先生先后任职于德国贝塔斯曼音乐集团、Horváth and Partners有限公司和Strascheg Center for Entrepreneurship (sce)有限公司。
路蒙尔先生曾在德国慕尼黑市、德国威斯巴登市和美国纽约市学习，并取得工商管理与创新硕士学位。
