个人简介
 

 

 

浙江大学求是特聘教授,国家级高层次人才,国家重点研发计划项目负责人(首席科学家)

四川省泸州市人,1995年本科毕业于上海交通大学,同年保送进入浙江大学工程热物理专业直接攻读博士学位,2000年获博士学位,2002年~2003年在法国国家科学研究中心CORIA从事博士后研究,2007年晋升为教授,2009年任博导。

现任固体废物能源化清洁利用技术与装备国家工程研究中心副主任。兼任Springer出版SCI期刊Waste and Biomass Valorization编委,巴塞尔公约亚太区域中心化学品与废物环境管理智库专家,中国动力工程学会环保专委会副主任委员,中国计量测试学会多相流测试专业委员会委员,中华环保联合会专家委员会能源环保专家组专家。浙江省环境科学学会垃圾分类资源化及其污染防治专业委员会副主任委员,浙江省杰出青年基金获得者,入选浙江省151人才。

主要研究课题包括:1、垃圾智能分类;2、污泥干化焚烧及自动化;3、危险废物无害化处置;4、电子垃圾高值化利用;5、餐厨等有机垃圾产沼及制氢;6、焚烧飞灰解毒及资源化;7、燃烧诊断及测量;8、污染物在线检测及深度净化。

负责国家重点研发计划项目2项:循环经济关键技术与装备重点专项项目《生活垃圾焚烧设施碳污协同智能控制技术及装备》和固废资源化重点专项项目《有机危废高效清洁稳定焚烧处置技术与装备》。主持国家高技术研究发展计划(863计划)重大项目课题《国产化污泥干化与焚烧成套装备研制及应用》。负责国家自然科学基金项目3项:《基于脉冲超声波雷达原理的气固两相介质内颗粒浓度和粒径二维分布测量研究》、《利用高光谱火焰图像同时在线测量三维温度场颗粒浓度场和气体浓度场》、《基于图像处理和神经网络技术的煤粉燃烧NOx浓度测量》。成果《污泥搅动型间接热干化和复合循环流化床清洁焚烧集成技术》和《生活垃圾循环流化床清洁焚烧发电集成技术》获国家科技进步二等奖。《污泥热干化与燃煤锅炉协同焚烧处置技术的集成和应用》获华夏建设科学技术一等奖。《燃烧过程的场参数实时检测、在线诊断和优化控制技术》获浙江省科技进步一等奖。专利《一种颗粒浓度和粒径二维分布的旋转测量系统和方法》获第48届日内瓦发明展银奖,《可调谐激光光谱结合飞行时间质谱在线监测二噁英的方法》获中国专利金奖和浙江省专利金奖,《危险废物回转式流化冷渣三段焚烧炉》获中国专利优秀奖。

荣获浙江大学优秀研究生德育导师、浙江大学岑可法教育基金孺子牛奖、浙江大学能源工程学院院级先进工作者、浙江大学机械与能源工程学院我最喜爱的班主任等荣誉称号。为研究生发展提供良好的生活和学习条件。与美国斯坦福大学、日本富士电机公司、法国苏伊士集团、法国阿尔比矿业大学等有紧密合作关系,优秀学生均有出国进行学术交流的机会。所指导的研究生中,1人获浙江大学最高学生荣誉竺可桢奖学金,2人获中法联合培养博士学位;毕业去向包括出国、政府部门、高校、科研院所、以及知名企业如光大环保、浙能集团、中国华电、上海电气、P&G宝洁、富国基金等。
