基于纯膜MBBR的BioFIMag®工艺用于新建污水厂

摘要:肇庆市某新建污水处理厂设计处理规模3×104m3/d,出水需满足《城镇污水处理厂综合排放标准》(GB18918-2002)一级A标准。采用基于纯膜MBBR的BioFIMag®工艺解决了项目占地紧张、施工周期短的问题。通过高密度生物膜区、强化膜水分离区并加载智能控制系统确保项目出水水质稳定达标及污水厂精准运行。工程实施后该污水处理厂实际占地仅为0.067 m2/(m3·d-1)。仅用时30d即完成项目的设计、施工和调试,出水COD、NH4+-N、TP、SS分别为13.07mg/L、1.47mg/L、0.26 mg/L、2.83mg/L,优于一级A标准。该项目运行电耗0.203 kW·h/t。除磷混凝剂采用PAC,投加的Al/去除的TP的摩尔比为2.1。直接运行费用0.168元/t。BioFIMag®工艺具有极限占地、极限处理、超快实施、经济节约、管理简便等优势,适用于应急污水处理项目的实施。

Application of BioFIMag Pure MBBR in New Emergency Wastewater Treatment Plant

Abstract:The design treatment capacity of an wastewater treatment plant in Zhaoqing city is 3×104m3/d, the effluent quality should reach the first level A criteria of “Discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant” (GB 18918-2002). The application of BioFIMag® process solves the problems of compact land occupation and short construction period of the project. Through high-density biofilm area, enhanced membrane water separation area and loading intelligent control system, the effluent quality is stable up to the standard of level A and the sewage treatment plant can realiezed the accurate operation. After the implementation of the project, the actual land occupation of the WWTP is only 0.067 m2/(m3·d-1). It take only 30 days to complete the design, construction and commissioning of the project. The effluent COD、NH4+-N、TP、and SS are (13.07mg/L、1.47mg/L、0.26mg/L、2.83mg/L, respectively, which are better than first level A criteria. The power consumption of the project is 0.203 kW·h/t. PAC is used as coagulant for phosphorus removal, and the molar ratio of Al added to TP removed is 2.1. The direct operation cost is 0.168 yuan/t. The BioFIMag® process has the advantages of limited land occupation, extreme treatment, ultra fast implementation, economic saving and simple management, which is suitable for the implementation of emergency wastewater treatment project.

广东省肇庆市某城区在污水管网改造后,污水处理流量大幅度升高,但与之配套的污水处理厂面临着进水容纳能力不足的问题,从而使得约有3×104m3/d的污水无法进行有效处理。所以针对3万t/d的污水处理缺口,急需建设污水处理厂,以实现污水达标排放。该污水处理厂位于肇庆市某污水处理厂厂内预留地,占地面积为2000m2,设计污水处理规模为3×104m3/d,其出水主要水质指标COD、NH4+-N、SS和TP等执行国家《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918-2002 )中的一级A标准,设计进出水水质见表1。

本项目主要面临以下困难:1)实施周期短:为保障废水能到及时有效的处理,该项目需要在60d之内完成设计、施工和通水达标,实施时间较短;2)占地极限受限:该项目所提供的建设用地如图1所示,其中红色线框内为可用土体,面积仅为2000m2(100m×20m),且呈狭长区间分布,不仅需要将所有工艺构筑物布置于此,还需进行合理的平面布置;3)工艺运行稳定性要求高:虽然本项目核心污染物指标如COD、NH4+-N、TP、SS等仅需要达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918-2002)中的一级A标准,但由于实施周期短和占地受限,故对于工艺运行稳定性要求更高。
