摘要:江西某工业园污水处理厂(规模:5000 m3/d),工业废水成分较复杂,水质可生化性较差, COD、SS、氨氮及总氮超标,二级处理后污水无法达到一级B标排放。深圳清泉在现有的处理工艺基础上增加“AR(反应池)+CFC(侧向流高效沉淀池)+MDF(多功能深床滤池)”工艺和智能模块化水处理标准件产品进行废水深度处理,实际出水COD、SS、总氮达到《城镇污水厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)一级A标准,且氨氮、总氮的去除效果≥40%(深度处理部分)。该项目具有建设周期短(项目总工期30天),投资成本低,占地面积少,工艺停留时间短(工艺总提留时间55min)和运行成本低(运行费用不超过0.28元/吨水)的优势。

Advanced treatment of industrial sewage in industrial park of Jiangxi Province

Abstract: The sewage treatment plant of an industrial park in Jiangxi (scale: 5000 m3/d), whose composition of industrial wastewater was complex, and the biodegradability of quality was poor. The overproof COD, SS, ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen couldn’t reach the standard discharge after secondary treatment.Based on the existing treatment process, Shenzhen Qingquan Water Industry Co. Ltd applied a process of ”AR (Reaction pool) + CFC (lateral flow high efficiency sedimentation tank) + MDF (multi-function deep bed filter)” to treat the sewage ,combining with intelligent modular water treatment standard products.After the treatment, the index (COD ,SS and total nitrogen) of the effluent could reach the first level A criteria specified in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater treatment Plant (GB 18918-2002),and the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen was more than 40%(the part of advanced treatment).The project completed with some outstanding characteristics, such as short construction period (total project duration of 30 days), low investment cost and less land occupation,short process stay time (55min) and low operating cost (operating costs not more than 0.28 yuan / tonnes of water).
