摘要:- 介绍了近年来国内外介水传播病毒在各种水体中的存在水平,简单介绍了国内外有关水中病毒的控制要求及其标准检测方法,对饮用水中病毒的富集浓缩及细胞培养、分子生物学等检测方法进行了概述,并提出了水中病毒检测的发展方向,以期为建立饮用水中病毒的检测方法及开展健康风险评估提供技术支持。
Abstract:- This paper introduced the existence levels of waterborne virus in various water bodies at home and abroad in recent years, and analyzed the control requirements and standard detection methods of virus in water. This paper also summarized the enrichment and detection methods such as cell culture and molecular biology in drinking water, and put forward the development direction of virus detection in water in order to provide technical support for establishing detection methods for viruses in drinking water and development of health risk assessments.
