SediMag®磁混凝技术在高效沉淀池改造中的工程应用

摘要 聊城市某污水处理厂设计规模3.5×104 m3/d,出水执行一级A标准。为进一步消减污染物排放量,该污水处理厂进行提标改造,执行准地表水IV类标准,其中SS限值为5mg/L,TP限值为0.3mg/L。本文介绍了磁混凝沉淀池提标改造的主要设计参数,阐述了针对高效沉淀池的池体及设备改造措施。原深度处理段为“2组高效沉淀池+纤维转盘滤池”组合工艺,提标完成后由1组磁混凝沉淀池承担3.5×104 m3/d规模全部深度处理功能,稳定满足新的出水要求。

Application of Upgrading High-efficiency Sedimentation Process to
SediMag® Magnetic Coagulation & Sedimentation Process

Abstract A 35,000 m3/d wastewater treatment plant in Liaocheng City, which effluent Level 1 Standard is implemented. In order to further reduce the emission of pollutants, the wastewater treatment plant has been upgraded and reconstructed with Class IV surface water standard, which the SS limit is 5 mg / L and the TP limit is 0.3 mg / L. This paper introduces the main design parameters of the magnetic coagulation sedimentation tank, and describes the improvement measures for the high-efficiency sedimentation tank body and equipment modification.The original deep treatment section is combined by 2 sets of high-efficiency sedimentation tank and fiber rotary disc filter. After the completion of the standard upgradation, the 1 group of magnetic coagulation sedimentation tanks will undertake all the deep-processing functions of 35,000 m3 / d, stably meeting the new water effluent requirements.

1 项目背景
聊城市某污水处理厂位于山东省聊城市,一期规模3.5×104 m3/d,已于2016年完成建设投产运行。项目采用“预处理+AAO+二沉池+絮凝沉淀+纤维转盘滤池+接出消毒”处理工艺,絮凝沉淀工艺段采用2组高效沉淀池,出水执行《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)中的一级A标准。
项目自2016年投产运行以来,处理效果稳定达标。为进一步消减污染物排放量,该污水处理厂于2018年进行提标改造,出水水质执行《地表水环境质量标准》(GB3838-2002)中IV类标准。其中SS和TP在深度处理工艺段的设计进出水水质如表1所示,需对深度处理工艺段进行提标改造。
