摘要:- 潮州某污水处理厂原规模为10×104 m3/d, 采用A/O机械曝气氧化沟工艺,出水标准为《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)一级B标准。提标扩容工程在不新增用地及不停产的条件下,将出水标准提升至一级A标准和广东省地方标准《水污染物排放限值》(DB 44/26—2001)第二时段一级排放标准中较严值,并将规模扩建至15×104 m3/d。提标改造工程在原A/O机械曝气氧化沟基础上新增曝气生物滤池+反硝化深床滤池的深度处理工艺,扩容工程采用A/A/O-MBR+紫外消毒处理工艺。实际运行结果表明,提标扩容工程运行良好,出水水质稳定达标。
Abstract:- The original treatment capacity of a WWTP in Chaozhou is 10×104 m3/d, adopting A/O mechanical aeration oxidation ditch process, and the effluent standard is the first level B standard in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant(GB 18918-2002). Under the condition of no new land usage and no production stopping, the standard of effluent should be raised to the stricter value between the first level A standard (GB 18918-2002)and the first level discharge standard in the second period of the local standard of Guangdong Province Discharge Limits of Water Pollutants(DB 44/26-2001), and the scale should be expanded to 15×104 m3/d. The advanced treatment process of biological aerated filter + denitrification deep bed filter was added on the basis of the original A/O mechanical aeration oxidation ditch in the upgrading project, and the A/A/O-MBR + UV disinfection process was adopted in the expansion project. The actual operation results showed that the operation of the project was good and the effluent quality was stable.
