摘要:针对晚期垃圾渗滤液可生化性差、碳氮比大幅度降低等问题,采用生物转盘—两级A/O—MBR工艺处理广东某填埋场晚期垃圾渗滤液,重点考察了组合工艺的处理效能。监测期间,组合工艺对COD的平均去除率为57.20%,对NH4+-N的平均去除率为98.90%,对TN的平均去除率为95.47%。高通量测序结果显示,在门水平上变形菌门(Proteobacteria)为最优势菌门,在活性污泥与生物转盘盘片上生物膜中的相对丰度分别为36.56%、62.50%。可利用外加碳源甲醇进行反硝化的菌属unclassified_f__Methylophilaceae与Hyphomicrobium在活性污泥与生物膜中的相对丰度分别为17.05%、23.11%与4.78%、12.22%。

The experiment focused on the treatment efficiency of the combined process for mature landfill leachate. During the operation period of the combined process, the average removal rates of COD, NH4+-N and TN were 57.20%, 98.90% and 95.47%, respectively.
