山东省城镇排水现状及提质增效措施分析

摘 要:随着社会经济和城市建设的高速发展,污水规模不断扩大;部分城市排水系统仍不健全,污水未经处理排入自然水体、雨污水混流,突破其环境承载力, 造成愈演愈烈的黑臭水体及城市内涝现象。本文为解决上述问题,分析了山东省各城镇排水量、污水处理能力,力求为地域管网建设和雨污分流改造发展提供方向;研究各城市污水处理厂对再生水的生产能力和再生水利用量,为确保水安全、保护水资源、优化水环境、改善水生态,建设可持续发展、稳定可靠的排水系统提供技术支持。

Analysis on the current situation of urban drainage in Shandong Province and measures to improve quality and efficiency

Abstract: With the rapid development of social economy and urban construction, the scale of sewage continues to expand; some urban drainage systems are still not perfect, sewage is discharged into natural water body and mixed flow of rainwater and sewage without treatment, breaking through its environmental carrying capacity, resulting in more and more black odorous water body and urban waterlogging. In order to solve the above problems, this paper analyzes the drainage capacity and sewage treatment capacity of cities and towns in Shandong Province, and strives to provide the direction for the construction of regional pipe network and the transformation and development of rainwater and sewage diversion; studies the production capacity of reclaimed water and the amount of reclaimed water used by municipal sewage treatment plants, so as to ensure water security, protect water resources, optimize water environment, improve water ecology, and build sustainable development and stability Rely on the drainage system to provide technical support.
