摘要:城市排水系统旱季阶段性冒溢对生活污水污染物的收集处理和排水系统的安全稳定运行造成了不利影响。从污水收集管道长期高水位运行对管网调蓄能力的影响,城市河湖水、地下水、山泉山溪水、工业企业废水、施工降水、商业娱乐活动排水等非生活污水排入挤占管网空间和瞬时排入形成的冲击影响等方面,探讨了城市排水系统旱季阶段性冒溢的成因。在此基础上提出逐步降低污水收集管道的运行水位、将非生活污水溯源清退作为重点工作方向,以及进一步强化排水户监管和管网日常维护管理等工程和管理对策建议。
Abstract:The periodic overflow in dry season has negative impact on the centralized collection and treatment of urban domestic sewage. It is also unfavorable to the safety and operation stability of the drainage system. This paper discusses the causes of periodic overflow of urban drainage system in dry season including the following two aspects: Ⅰ) reduced storage capacity of the pipe network due to the long-term operation of sewage collection pipes with high liquid level, Ⅱ) non-domestic sewage discharge into the pipe network space, such as urban river and lake water, groundwater, mountain springs and streams, industrial enterprise wastewater, construction dewatering, commercial and recreational drainage, etc. On this basis, some engineering and management countermeasures and suggestions are put forward, such as gradually reducing the liquid level of sewage collection pipelines, focusing on the tracing to the source and removal of non-domestic sewage, strengthening supervision of drainage households and daily maintenance and management of pipe network.
