污泥深度脱水典型应用案列
1、安徽固镇污水处理厂 WKLS1500污泥深度脱水机系统一套
原有污泥脱水房带式压滤机，每天产泥80%-85%的市政污泥60吨
带式压滤机后端增加一套KLDS1500高压带式深度脱水机一套，深度脱水后产泥60%含水率污泥30吨左右。深度脱水后的污泥外运电厂掺烧，费用为200-250元每吨，每天减少污泥处置费用6000-7500元
2、陕西洛南污水处理厂 WKLS1500污泥深度脱水系统一套 日处理量60吨。
污泥脱水房前端采用带式污泥脱水机，每天产泥80%-85%含水率污泥60吨。
后端增加污泥深度脱水系统，污泥减量到30吨左右。
后续填埋处理，污泥改性深度脱水后，呈固态，性质稳定，遇水不还原。
减少土地填埋容积率，污泥填埋场承载力增强。
3、山东淄博亿唯污泥处置中心WKLS2000污泥深度脱水机系统一套，日处理量100吨
污泥处置中心接收80%-85%含水率污泥，进行深度脱水后含水率降到60%以下。
深脱处理后的污泥减量一半，后续污泥处置为制砖，实现污泥资源化的利用。
4、河北邢台污水处理厂WKLS1000深度脱脱水机一套，日处理量25吨
原有污泥脱水房带式压滤机，含水率80%-85%含水率污泥20吨。
深度脱水处理后污泥进行填埋
5、河南禹州污水处理厂 WKLS-Y2000一体化污泥深度脱水机组一套
处理含水率98%污泥每天700吨，污泥深度脱水后含水率＜60%，后续外运到水泥窑协同处置，污泥减量90%以上
6、宁夏鲲鹏煤焦油加氢及乙二醇项目污水处理站
日处理工业污泥80%左右含水率25吨，深度脱水处理后污泥含水率≈50%
