摘 要: 污泥干化焚烧技术因减容减量效果好,逐渐成为污泥处置的重要技术之一。以山东
某污泥深度干化项目为例,介绍单线300 t/d滚筒式污泥干化技术的应用。该项目采用膜式滚筒烘
干机,单台处理量可达300 t/d(污泥含水率以60%计),设备烘干污泥时所需蒸汽量少,加之对干化
系统中的热量回收利用,蒸汽消耗平均值仅需0.24 t/t泥;相对于其他类别的干化机而言,膜式滚筒
烘干机占地面积更小,前期设备投资可节省1/3,运行电耗节省1/2。自投产以来,该干化系统运行稳
定,满足污泥处理需求。

Abstract: Sludge drying and incineration technology, due to its high efficiency in reducing volume
and capacity, is gradually becoming one of the important technologies for sludge disposal. Combined with
the engineering example of a sludge deep drying project of a company in Shandong, this paper introduces
the application of 300 t/d single‑line drum sludge drying technology. The core technology of this project
adopts the membrane drum dryer, which can achieve a processing capacity of 300 t/d per unit (calculated
by 60% moisture content). The equipment requires a small amount of steam for drying sludge, and with the
recovery and reuse of heat in the drying system, the average steam consumption operation is only 0.24 tons
of steam per ton of sludge. Compared with other types of dryers, membrane drum dryers occupy less space,
with the equipment investment saving 1/3 and power consumption 1/2. Since it was put into operation, the
drying system has been running steadily and meets the needs of sludge treatment.

《“十四五”城镇污水处理及资源化利用发展规
划》中明确指出,在实现污泥稳定化、无害化处置前
提下,稳步推进资源化利用;鼓励污泥能量资源回收
利用。污泥处理方法主要有土地利用、填埋、堆肥、
焚烧等,但随着我国污泥产量的急剧增长,处理周期
长、占地面积大的处理方式已不能满足污泥处理需

求。污泥干化焚烧技术以其占地面积小、处理量
大、无需长途运输、污泥减容减量效果好等优点,逐
渐成为污泥处理的重要技术之一[1-3] 。
污泥干化技术主要分为直接干化、间接干化和
直接-间接联合干化三类,其中,间接干化工艺中常
见的设备有桨叶式干化机、圆盘式干化机两种。桨
叶式干化机的换热面有壳体夹套、空心轴和楔形桨
叶,在旋转过程中,污泥通过桨叶的搅拌、混合,获
得较高的传热系数;对于黏性不大的污泥有一定的
自清洁能力,但由于叶片与污泥之间存在剪切力,
含沙量较多的污泥易使叶片磨损加快,使用寿命缩
短。圆盘式干化机在桨叶式干化机的基础上发展
而成,结构与其类似,叶片为圆盘片,在圆盘片的边
缘设有推料器,起到搅拌和推动物料的作用,圆盘
片之间设有刮泥刀,可有效减少黏性物料附着,由
于圆盘片的排布较密,不能适应大块物料的进入。
一般来讲,设备换热面积的大小决定着处理能力的
高低,受到结构等因素的限制,上述设备都难以大
型化,故在一些大型污泥干化项目中常需设置多台
干化设备来达到目标处理量。以山东某污泥干化
项目为例,介绍一种膜式滚筒烘干机的应用,该设
备单台处理量可达300 t/d,能耗低,满足大规模污泥
处理需求。
1 工程背景
该项目原污泥处理流程是将含水率 85% 的市
政污泥经稀释搅拌、加药调理、板框压滤后,污泥含
水率降至 60%,再经过输送转运皮带直接送入锅炉
与煤掺烧。根据经验,污泥焚烧时最佳温度为850~
950 ℃,污泥干基低位热值应不低于 4 494 kJ,否则
需在焚烧时添加辅助燃料或将进风空气预热至
500 ℃以上[4] 。经上述工艺处理后的污泥热值为1 722
kJ,远低于焚烧所需热值,因此在焚烧时需掺入大量
的煤以满足燃烧需求,污泥与煤的部分燃料特性
见表1。
