摘要:合肥市某污水处理厂设计排放主要指标需达到地表水环境质量Ⅳ类标准。该项目深度单元处理采用Leopold elimi-NITE®反硝化深床滤池工艺,兼顾了过滤,反硝化脱氮及除磷功能,使污水厂出水稳定达到TN<5mg/l,TP<0.3mg/l,SS<10mg/l。深床滤池设计采用弧形堰、恒液位控制及“前馈+后馈” 精确碳源投加控制方式,力求最经济的碳源投加量。

The Application of Deep Bed Filter in WWTP Upgrading to Meet Near Surface Water Class IV Standards

Abstract: He Fei City Economic Development Zone WWTP Phase Ⅲ Project is designed to improve discharge qualities comply with Surface Water Environment Quality Class IV Standard (TN≤5mg/l). The Leopold elimi-NITE® denitrification deep-bed filter, which is a combination of filtration, denitrification and dephosphorization processes, has been applied as advanced treatment to ensure the effluent of SS<10mg/L, TN<5mg/L and TP<0.3mg/L. The deep bed filter design has considered curve weir, constant level control for better filter operation. In addition, an advanced Carbo dose control system with forward & backward was incorporated to achieve economical carbon usage.

污水厂已建成污水处理规模20万m3/d(每期规模为10×104m3/d),现阶段执行一级A排放标准,近期将对一期、二期工程进行提标改造,将污水排放标准提高到主要指标达到地表水环境质量Ⅳ类标准。污水处理厂三期工程设计规模为10×104m3/d,出水设计值在达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)一级A标准的基础上,要求总磷、总氮、氨氮、化学需氧量4项主要指标浓度值分别不高于0.3、5、1.5、30mg/L,主要指标达到地表水环境质量Ⅳ类标准(总氮≤5mg/L)。
