- 介绍了原镍废水、反渗透(RO)浓缩液的特征,以及广东省某精密结构件生产废水处理项目RO浓缩液与原镍废水协同处理零排放的工程实例。根据该企业生产情况及水质排放特点,确定主体工艺采用“原镍废水预处理+催化氧化+混凝过滤+膜生物反应器(MBR)+碟管式反渗透(DTRO)+蒸汽机械再压缩(MVR)蒸发结晶”组合工艺。该项目占地176 m2,运行稳定,工艺设计合理,出水水质稳定达到《城市污水再生利用 工业用水水质》(GB/T 19923—2005)中表1工艺与产品用水标准,可为同类型生产废水处理系统的零排放设计及运行提供借鉴。
- Abstract:
- The characteristics of nickel wastewater and reverse osmosis(RO) concentrate were introduced, as well as a zero discharge engineering example for co-treatment of nickel wastewater and RO concentrate in a precision structural parts production wastewater treatment project in Guangdong. According to the enterprise production situation and water quality discharge characteristics, the main process was determined as nickel wastewater pretreatment, catalytic oxidation, coagulation filtration, membrane bio-reactor(MBR), disk-tube reverse osmosis(DTRO) and mechanical vapor recompression (MVR) evaporation crystallization. This project covers an area of 176 m2, the system is stable and reliable. It can stably meet the water quality standard of table 1 for process and product in The Reuse of Urban Recycling Water-Water Quality Standard for Industrial Uses (GB/T 19923-2005), which could provide reference for zero discharge design and operation of similar production wastewater treatment systems.
