北方城市区域再生水循环利用方案研究
——以呼和浩特市大黑河流域为例

摘要:生态环境部提出的区域再生水循环利用体系建设方案,为解决我国北方城市水资源、水生态、水环境问题提供了方向性的指导。在该方案的基础上,针对北方重点缺水城市呼和浩特的再生水布局和河道水系进行分析,提出了大黑河流域区域再生水循环利用的系统思路和总体方案,探讨了河道生态补水及水质保持、人工湿地水质净化、湖库水量调蓄等关键技术环节,给出了再生水作为呼和浩特市农业、工业以及饮用水应急备用水源利用的发展方向,为北方重点缺水城市的区域再生水循环利用提供了思路。

Study on recycling scheme of reclaimed water in northern urban area

Abstract:The construction scheme of regional reclaimed water recycling system proposed by the Ministry of ecology and environment provides directional guidance for solving the problems of water resources, water ecology and water environment in northern cities of China. On the basis of this scheme, this paper analyzes the layout of reclaimed water and river system in Hohhot, a key water shortage city in the north, puts forward the systematic idea and overall scheme of regional reclaimed water recycling in Dahei River Basin, and discusses the key technical links such as river ecological water replenishment and water quality maintenance, artificial wet land water purification, lake and reservoir water regulation and storage, The development direction of reclaimed water as emergency standby water source for agriculture, industry and drinking water in Hohhot is given, which provides ideas for regional reclaimed water recycling in key water deficient cities in North China.
