硫自养并联异氧深床反硝化滤池+臭氧氧化+高效沉淀池工艺在某工业园污水处理厂提标改造中的应用

摘 要:将硫自养并联异氧深床反硝化滤池+臭氧氧化应用于某工业园污水处理厂提标改造工程中,工程建成运行一段时间,运行效果良好,对COD、TN具有良好的去除效果。改造后出水COD平均下降13.2mg/L,平均TN下降6.65mg/L,硫自养反硝化滤池比改造前下降9.42 mg/L。

Abstract:The sulfur-based autotrophic denitrification parallel connect the deep bed isooxide denitrification filter + ozone oxidation were applied to the standard transformation project of a sewage treatment plant in an industrial park, and the project is completed and operated for a period of time, the operation effect is good, and it has a good removal effect on COD, TN and SS.After the transformation, the average COD of the effluent decreased by 13.2 mg/L, the average TN decreased by 6.65 mg/L, and the sulfur self-contained denitrification filter decreased by 9.42 mg/L compared with before the transformation.

1、工程概况
山东某工业园污水处理厂,工程设计规模为6万m3/d,主要处理石油化工、印染、纺织等工业废水,原出水设计标准为《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918-2002),采用粗格栅提升泵站+细格栅曝气沉砂池+水解酸化+氧化沟(多级A/O)+二沉池+二次提升泵站+高效沉淀池+滤布滤池+次氯酸钠消毒池工艺,提标改造工程二次提升后采用硫自养并联异氧深床反硝化滤池+臭氧氧化工艺,提标改造后出水水质COD、NH3-N、TP达到《地表水环境质量标准》(GB 3838-2002)Ⅳ类标准,TN达到12mg/L。设计进水水质和出水水质见表1:
