摘要:苏州某污水处理厂采用生物池智能控制系统加强生物反应池精细化控制。该控制系统基于ASM模型定制开发,利用安装于生物反应池的过程仪表,可实时计算出生物反应池不同区域的最佳溶解氧、内回流量和碳源投加设定值,并联动鼓风机、回流泵和加药泵等设备,实现曝气、内回流和碳源投加的自动控制。通过自动化控制,可以确保出水水质达标。其中,鼓风机的可调控范围是影响溶解氧控制效果的关键因素。
Abstract:A wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) in Suzhou adopts bioprocess intelligent control system to enhance the precision control of the biological reaction tank. The control system is customized based on ASM model, which can calculate real-time optimal setpoints for dissolved oxygen, internal recycle rates, and carbon source dosages in different zones by instruments installed in the biological reaction tanks. It coordinates the control of equipment such as the blower, return pump, and dosing pump to automate aeration, internal recirculation, and carbon source dosing. Through automated control, it’s possible to ensure compliant treated water effluent. The adjustable range of the blower emerges as a critical factor affecting the efficacy of dissolved oxygen control.
