城市污泥两种低温协同干化法的比较研究

摘 要:城市污水处理会产生大量的污泥,污泥脱水是污泥处理处置的关键步骤。污泥热干化脱水是一种成熟的污泥深度脱水技术,但污泥热干化工艺由于其较高的运行成本制约着其在我国的推广。本文介绍了两种污泥中提取脂质的方法,即索式提取法和超声波提取法,其在提取污泥中脂质的同时可降低污泥的含水率,达到污泥低温干化的效果。实验将从提取剂浓度、固液比、提取时间、提取温度四个参数探究索式提取的最佳条件;从超声波功率密度、固液比、时间、温度四个参数探索超声波提取法的最佳条件。为污泥低温热干化技术提供一定的参考。

Comparative Study on Two Low Temperature Synergistic Drying Methods of Municipal Sludge

Abstract:Urban sewage treatment will produce a large amount of sludge, and sludge dewatering is a key step in sludge treatment and disposal. Sludge thermal drying dehydration is a mature sludge deep dewatering technology, but the sludge thermal drying process restricts its promotion in China due to its high operating cost. This paper introduces the method of extracting lipids from two kinds of sludge, namely, the sock extraction method and the ultrasonic extraction method, which can reduce the moisture content of the sludge while extracting the lipid in the sludge, and achieve the effect of low-temperature drying of the sludge. In this paper, the optimal conditions of cable extraction are explored from four parameters: extractant concentration, solid-liquid ratio, extraction time and extraction temperature. The best ultrasonic extraction method is explored from four parameters: ultrasonic power density, solid-liquid ratio, extraction time and extraction temperature. Provide a certain reference for sludge low temperature thermal drying technology.
