摘 要: 针对污泥厌氧发酵时间周期长、有机质利用率低,采用过氧乙酸(PAA)联合游离氨
(FA)预处理强化污泥厌氧发酵产酸。探讨了PAA联合FA(PAA+FA)预处理对污泥产酸效果及微生
物群落结构的影响,分析了空白组、PAA组、FA组、PAA+FA组的挥发性脂肪酸产生、溶解性有机物
释放、氨氮溶出以及功能菌群的变化情况。结果表明,PAA+ FA 预处理能有效促进污泥溶解和产
酸,PAA+FA 组的溶解性碳水化合物、蛋白质和溶出的氨氮浓度远高于空白组、PAA 组和 FA 组,
PAA+FA组污泥产酸量最大为434.76 mg/gVSS,分别为空白组、PAA组和FA组的15.31、1.59和3.99
倍。三维激发-发射矩阵荧光光谱(3D-EEM)分析表明,PAA+FA预处理可以有效破解胞外聚合物
(EPS),提高了污泥黏液层 EPS 的可生物降解性。高通量测序分析表明,PAA+FA 预处理促进了
Macellibacteroides、Proteiniclasticum 和 Proteocatella 等水解酸化菌的生长和富集,有利于挥发性脂肪
酸的产生。

Abstract: Given the prolonged cycle and low organic matter utilization efficiency associated with
sludge anaerobic fermentation, a pretreatment strategy combining peracetic acid (PAA) and free ammonia
(FA) was employed to enhance sludge anaerobic fermentation process. The effects of PAA combined with
FA (PAA+FA) pretreatment on volatile fatty acids (VFAs) production and microbial community structure
in sludge were investigated. The generation of VFAs, the release of dissolved organic matters, the
dissolution of ammonia nitrogen, as well as the dynamics of functional bacterial communities, were
systematically analyzed and compared across the blank, PAA, FA, and PAA+FA groups. Pretreatment
with PAA+FA effectively enhanced sludge dissolution and VFAs production. The concentrations of

dissolved carbohydrates, proteins, and released ammonia nitrogen in the PAA+FA group were
significantly higher than those in the blank, PAA, and FA groups. The maximum VFAs production in the
PAA+FA group reached 434.76 mg/gVSS, representing 15.31 times, 1.59 times, and 3.99 times compared
to the blank, PAA, and FA groups, respectively. Three‑dimensional excitation-emission matrix
fluorescence spectroscopy (3D-EEM) analysis revealed that the PAA+FA pretreatment effectively
disrupted extracellular polymeric substances (EPS) and enhanced their biodegradability within the sludge
mucus layer. High‑throughput sequencing analysis revealed that pretreatment with PAA+FA facilitated
the growth and enrichment of hydrolytic and acidogenic bacteria, including Macellibacteroides,
Proteiniclasticum, and Proteocatella, thereby promoting the production of VFAs.

污泥中含有大量有害物质,需要进行适当处理
处置,污泥厌氧发酵产甲烷、产氢和产酸的资源化
利用成为污泥处理主流趋势[1] 。污泥厌氧发酵过程
可以产生挥发性脂肪酸(VFAs),VFAs 不仅可以作
为微生物脱氮除磷的碳源,还可以作为生物法合成
聚羟基烷酸酯的碳源。污泥细胞溶解和胞外聚合
物(EPS)的水解是污泥厌氧发酵产酸过程的限速步
骤[2]。游离氨(FA)是一种可再生的直接从厌氧发
酵罐原位生成的化学物质,其可有效促进污泥溶
解、抑制产甲烷菌过程[3] 。Zhang 等[4] 的研究表明,
FA浓度在53. 5~176. 5 mg/L时,VFAs的最大产量是
空白组的 2. 3~3. 2 倍,不足之处是发酵时间长。过
氧乙酸(PAA)是一种价格低廉、不会产生有毒副产
物的氧化剂,能有效促进污泥增溶和水解[5] 。Zhang
等[6]指出,PAA 在酸性条件下能将污泥中结合态
EPS转化为可溶性 EPS,同时降解蛋白质类有机物。
笔者采用 PAA+FA 预处理低浓度污泥,旨在开发一
种绿色、经济的污泥资源化技术,从而为污水厂污
泥处理提供技术指导。
